1. Who is responsible?
Dealz, a sole proprietorship based in Switzerland, is the controller of your data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Contact for any question or request: info@dealz.website
2. Our commitment
- We never sell or rent personal data, to anyone.
- We use no advertising cookies and no profiling. We measure the site's audience with Google Analytics, only if you accept it (see section 4).
- We collect only what is needed for the service you ask for.
3. What data, and why?
| Situation | Data | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| You visit dealz.website | IP address and technical connection data (server logs); visit statistics (pages viewed, device, origin) through Google Analytics, with your consent | Display and secure the site, and measure its audience |
| You use the assistant or request a quote | Name, email, phone, address, details of your request, conversation content | Calculate and send your quote, answer your request |
| You write to us or request an installation | Name, company, email, phone, your message | Reply and set up Dealz for you |
| You write to us on WhatsApp | Phone number, profile name, messages and media exchanged | Talk with you, send the demo or quote you asked for |
| You refer a colleague | Your contact details and those of the person you name | Introduce Dealz and grant the reward |
| You pay a subscription | Billing and payment data (handled by Stripe; we never see your card number) | Collect payment and invoice |
| You are a Swiss business in the sector | Public business contact details (company name, address, phone, website, business email) from public directories and maps | Introduce Dealz to you. You can object at any time (see below) |
4. Who do we share your data with?
Only with the technical providers without which the service would not work. They process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality commitments:
- Vercel: hosting of the site and the service.
- Supabase: database holding quotes, requests and contacts.
- Anthropic: artificial-intelligence processing of the content of your conversations with the assistant, to generate replies.
- Meta (WhatsApp): delivery of WhatsApp messages.
- Stripe: card payments.
- An email delivery service (SMTP): quotes, confirmations and replies.
- Google Fonts: the site's typeface (your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads).
- Google Analytics: audience measurement for the site (pages viewed, device, origin). It is only switched on if you click "Accept" in the notice banner: without your consent, no cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google. If you accept, Google sets cookies and receives your IP address. You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.
We share your data with no other third party, except where the law requires it.
5. Data abroad
Some of these providers are located, or store data, outside Switzerland (notably in the European Union and the United States). Where that is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, as required by the FADP.
6. How long?
We keep your data as long as needed for the service you asked for, then delete or anonymise it. Accounting records are kept for the legal period of ten years. On request we delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Outreach and objection
If we contact you in a business capacity, you can object at any time: reply STOP to a WhatsApp message or write to info@dealz.website. We stop all contact immediately and keep your details on a suppression list so we do not approach you again.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction or objection to its processing, and a copy in a common format. Write to info@dealz.website; we reply within 30 days.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), edoeb.admin.ch.
9. Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, established providers. No system is infallible; if a breach poses a risk to you, we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.
10. Changes
We may update this policy, for example if we add a tool. The version on this page, with its update date, is always the one in force.
